Discover your potential as a Portfolio Administrator at Scotia Jarislowsky Fraser, located in Whitby, Ontario. As a key member of the Scotia Wealth team, the Portfolio Administrator supports Relationship Managers by enhancing the client experience through responsive communication and streamlined processes. This position involves assisting clients with inquiries, maintaining accurate records, and adhering to regulatory standards. Moreover, you will play a key role in identifying growth opportunities within the client portfolio through business development initiatives and strategic partnerships. Key Responsibilities: • Manage client inquiries and responses proactively • Prepare and deliver tailored client reporting • Oversee the comprehensive client onboarding process • Support business development initiatives with Relationship Managers • Implement process improvements for client experience Requirements: • Bachelor’s Degree or diploma in Finance or related field • Two years of experience in the finance industry • In-depth understanding of Scotia Wealth services • Strong skills in managing client relationships • Diligent compliance with bank policies and regulations Bring your client service expertise and strategic mindset to Scotia Jarislowsky Fraser in Whitby. #J-18808-Ljbffr
