    • Coordinate contract administration and construction‑phase activities, including site support and technical responses.
  • Project Management and Client Service
    • Lead project coordination and delivery, resolving design and engineering issues and tracking open items.
    • Collaborate with multidisciplinary specialists to develop integrated solutions beyond standard engineering.
    • Serve as primary client interface throughout the project lifecycle, supporting communication and decision‑making.
    • Support proposal preparation and pursuit activities with technical input and delivery strategy.
  • Innovation & Digital Delivery
    • Automate routine tasks and experiment with AI‑enabled tools to enhance design processes.
  • Learning & Development
    • Commit to continuous self‑development and mentor junior staff.
    • Coach and mentor client staff and contribute to professional associations and committees.
  • Sustainable Business Development
    • Seek and cultivate long‑term business opportunities aligned with sustainability goals.
    • Travel to Dillon offices or project sites as needed for collaboration and knowledge sharing.

Qualifications

  • Licensed Professional Engineer (P.Eng.) or eligible to register.
  • Bachelor’s degree in Civil Engineering or related discipline.
  • Five or more years of experience in airport engineering, civil design, or site development.

Must Haves

  • Proven experience applying Canadian aerodrome standards (TP312 4th & 5th editions).
  • Knowledge of various airport types, including regional, municipal, gravel airstrips, and major hubs.
  • Strong analytical and project management skills with effective schedule, budget, and priority management.
  • Experience managing or supporting infrastructure projects through design and construction.
  • Strong technical judgment, attention to detail, and ability to work independently.
  • Excellent organizational and coordination capabilities in a fast‑paced environment.
  • Clear and effective communication skills for client engagement and proposal preparation.

Employee‑Owner Benefits

  • Employee share purchase plan and equity participation.
  • Competitive compensation package with profit sharing.
  • Comprehensive health benefits, generous retirement savings plan, and student loan repayment assistance.
  • Wellness allowance, generous paid vacation, and flexible work hours and hybrid options.
  • Learning and development opportunities, coaching, mentoring, and internal knowledge‑sharing initiatives.
  • Employee and Family Assistance Program with well‑being resources.
  • Access to Goodlife Fitness corporate membership with discounted annual fees.
