Warehouse Gel Pack Worker

True North Salmon LP, a division of Cooke Aquaculture Inc. is seeking a reliable and motivated Warehouse Gel Pack Worker to support our temperature-controlled operations. This role is responsible for preparing and handling gel ice packs to ensure product quality and compliance with cold chain requirements.

Key Responsibilities:

• Fill, seal, and prepare gel packs in accordance with company standards
• Stage gel packs to support daily processing and shipping requirements
• Inspect gel packs for damage, leaks, or quality concerns
• Maintain a clean, organized, and safe work environment
• Follow all company policies, including health & safety and food safety requirements
• Assist with general warehouse duties as required

Qualifications:

• Previous experience in a warehouse or production environment is an asset
• Ability to lift up to 60 lbs
• Strong attention to detail and work ethic
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team

Working Conditions:

• Cold, wet and damp production environment
• Repetitive tasks and prolonged standing
• Overtime and flexible hours may be required
