Located in the heart of downtown Burlington at 390 Martha Street, we provide specialized, high-quality care—including our industry-leading Senior Gems® dementia program.
We are a boutique, high-touch agency focused on fast response times, highly customizable care plans (including unique 1-hour shifts), and unmatched local care.
We have the caregivers ready to deploy today.
Now, we are looking for a high-energy, connected relationship builder to drive our community outreach and turn local medical professionals into consistent referral partners.
As our Community Relations Coordinator, your primary mission is simple: Get our phones ringing.
You will be the face of Senior Helpers Burlington.
You will spend 80% of your time out in the community building strong, trust-based referral relationships with hospital discharge planners, retirement residences, physicians, and local senior networks.
