We are looking for a Store Manager at our Whitemud Meadows, Edmonton Retail Salon!
What You’ll Do Lead and oversee daily retail and salon operations to deliver a seamless, elevated client experience Coach, develop, and inspire a high-performing team to achieve sales, service, and operational goals Own scheduling, payroll, inventory management, budgeting, and performance planning Ensure the salon is clean, well-stocked, and beautifully merchandised to Chatters’ standards Build strong relationships with clients, creating loyalty through consistent and memorable experiences Analyze performance metrics and take action to drive results and continuous improvement Lead hiring, onboarding, training, and ongoing development of team members Act as the primary leader on the floor, solving problems and making decisions that positively impact the business, clients, and team Who You Are You’re a values-driven leader who brings intention, passion, and authenticity to everything you do.
