As a Project Manager, you'll be at the center of delivery-balancing people, timelines, and quality.

You will:

• Lead and coordinate technical publication projects from kickoff to delivery
• Assign work to the right resources to ensure efficiency and quality
• Deliver projects on time, within budget, and to a high standard
• Build strong partnerships with customers through clear communication and trusted delivery
• Prepare estimates, track progress, and report on key project metrics
• Monitor budgets and ensure proper approvals for ongoing work
• Support and mentor team members, fostering growth and collaboration
• Ensure compliance with Sonovision and customer quality, safety, and process standards
• Maintain and update customer SharePoint
• Step in when needed to support delivery

We're looking for someone who combines technical expertise with strong leadership skills:

• 5+ years of experience in technical publications or document preparation
• Project management training or equivalent hands-on experience
• Experience working directly with clients (estimates, reporting, metrics)
• Proven ability to lead, coach, and motivate a team
• Strong organizational and problem-solving skills
• Proficiency with:
• Microsoft Word & Excel
• Adobe Acrobat Pro
• SharePoint & MS Teams
• Teamcenter (asset)
