Job description

Job Title: Salesforce Business Systems Analyst (BSA)

Location: Mississauga, ON - Onsite (5 Days WFO)

Duration: 06-12 Months
Rate - 50 - 55 CAD/hr

Job Description:

Required Skills & Qualifications

  • Excellent communication skills to effectively interface with management and understand end-user issues
  • Demonstrated technical experience and broad knowledge of applicable IT systems/applications. Salesforce experience is preferred
  • Demonstrated experience in troubleshooting and applying root cause analysis
  • Project management skills with the ability to work independently and collaboratively on cross-functional projects
  • Proven ability to perform effectively in a fast-paced, high-growth, rapidly changing environment

Preferred Skills & Qualifications

  • Experience with sales enablement tools
  • Experience in data analysis and reporting
  • Experience in user training and support for automated systems

Day-to-Day Responsibilities

  • Analyze complex business problems to be solved
  • Identify, evaluate, design, and develop systems and procedures that are cost-effective and meet user requirements
  • Develop integrations, convert data, and configure system settings and options for enterprise-wide applications
  • Plan and execute unit, integration, and user acceptance testing (UAT); create specifications for systems to meet business requirements
  • Influence, own, and design the user experience around sales enablement tools, working to maximize ROI
  • Work with stakeholders and cross-functional teams (sales, finance, marketing, technical, and product teams) to gather requirements, deliver desired information, and address daily business or systems issues
  • Publish and maintain dashboards, automated metrics reports, and data analysis to support performance and operations
  • Provide consultation to users in the area of automated systems, set up user access, and train users on applications
