Foothills School Division is looking for a Technology Support Coordinator to join our Technology Services team. This is a fantastic opportunity for someone early in their IT career who is eager to gain hands-on experience in a supportive and collaborative environment.
This role blends customer service, technical support, and device lifecycle management—perfect for someone who enjoys variety, working with people, and staying organized in a fast-paced environment.
As the Technology Support Coordinator, you will be the welcoming and knowledgeable first contact for staff requiring technical assistance. You’ll help troubleshoot everyday technology issues, guide staff through processes, and ensure requests are handled efficiently.
At the same time, you will play a critical role behind the scenes—managing the full lifecycle of division devices, from setup and deployment to recovery and tracking. Your work will directly support staff in classrooms, schools, and offices across the Division.
What You Bring:
Experience in a school division or public sector environment is considered an asset.
Based at the Division Office in High River, Alberta, this position works year round for 35 hours per week. It is a permanent position commencing mid to late August 2026.
