Job description
Drive financial strategy and sustainability as Senior Finance Director at Tree Canada. This leadership role emphasizes strategic planning and team collaboration in a hybrid environment.As part of Tree Canada in the National Capital Region, you will report directly to the CEO and lead financial strategy development. Your key responsibilities include financial planning, budgeting, and ensuring compliance while guiding a skilled finance team in supporting the organization’s mission. Foster a culture of informed decision-making and accountability throughout the organization.Key Responsibilities: • Develop and execute a strategic financial plan • Ensure effective financial analysis and reporting practices • Present comprehensive reports to the Board of Directors • Enhance financial partnerships within the organization • Advise on financial performance to senior leadersRequirements: • Post-secondary education in finance or a related field • 12-15 years of relevant finance experience • Experience collaborating with Boards and Finance Committees • Strong financial management capabilities • Passion for sustainability and environmental initiativesLead Tree Canada towards impactful financial health with your expertise. #J-18808-Ljbffr
