Job description
Take charge of Customer Success Operations at TouchBistro as a strategic leader focused on integrating AI with operational systems. Drive efficiency, retention, and growth through innovative workflows and analytics. This role calls for a leader with over a decade of experience in Customer Success Operations or Systems leadership. Your strategic involvement will enhance our operational models and embed AI insights into everyday practices for our teams. Ensure our technology stack works harmoniously to optimize customer journeys, leveraging your strong Salesforce expertise.
