Job description
Seeking a Global IT Operations Manager to drive a major digital transformation. In this highly visible role, you will navigate a matrix environment to shift operations from reactive to a proactive, AI-driven model. This isn’t a hands-on engineering role; we need a strategic leader who understands how to leverage technology, implement ZeroOps principles, and hold vendors strictly accountable to elevate global service delivery from where it is today to where we are going.

Responsibilities
Vendor Governance: Lead global managed service providers, ensuring strict SLA accountability.
AI Transformation: Drive autonomous workflows, AIOps, and proactive incident prevention.
Matrix Leadership: Act as the single point of accountability for global IAM, Desk, and Infrastructure.

Qualifications
10+ years in IT Operations/Service Delivery; 3+ years leading complex, global scopes.
Proven matrix management skills and deep experience holding strategic vendors accountable.
Implementation experience with AI-driven service platforms (e.g., ServiceNow Assist, Moveworks).
