Job description
Transform Mecka AI’s legal landscape as the Director of Legal & Compliance, focusing on the intersection of technology and law. This senior role spans multiple jurisdictions including the US, Canada, and China.You will be the primary force behind managing the privacy frameworks, commercial agreements, and compliance systems that support our innovative robotics initiatives. A strong legal background combined with commercial insight will be essential to navigate the evolving regulatory terrain effectively. Your contributions are vital for Mecka's rapid growth in AI and robotics.Key Responsibilities: • Lead the implementation of a comprehensive privacy framework • Negotiate pivotal data licensing and commercial agreements • Maintain employment contracts and compliance across geographies • Design data governance policies for internal stakeholders • Oversee legal operations and outside counsel engagementRequirements: • Juris Doctor or equivalent with bar admission in relevant jurisdictions • At least 5 years focused on corporate law • Experience with technology and commercial contracting • Strong grasp on cross-border employment laws • Prudent legal judgment tailored to business needsBe the driving force in shaping Mecka AI's compliance and legal strategies. #J-18808-Ljbffr
