Job description
Lead the produce department at FreshCo in Winnipeg, Manitoba, as a Produce Manager. Foster customer loyalty while managing budgets, staff development, and inventory control in this full-time position.

As a Produce Manager, you will coach and motivate your team, enhancing engagement in both employees and customers. This role emphasizes financial responsibility, ensuring adherence to company policies, and creating an exceptional shopping experience. You'll manage product presentation, ordering, and staff training—all aimed at boosting loyalty and profits.

Key Responsibilities: • Coach and develop store employees for enhanced performance • Create an engaging shopping experience for customers • Manage department financial targets and budget effectively • Ensure adherence to safety and health policies • Oversee product presentation and inventory management

Requirements: • Minimum 18 months of retail experience, preferably in produce • High School Diploma and operational knowledge • Strong analytical skills for financial reporting • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite • Excellent communication skills for team interaction
