Job description
Role Summary

We are seeking a strategic GenAI Go-To-Market (GTM) Leader to drive the growth of Generative AI and Agentic AI capabilities across the Canadian market. This leadership role combines business development, pre-sales, solution strategy, innovation, and client engagement to shape AI opportunities, develop market-ready offerings, and accelerate enterprise AI transformation.

The ideal candidate will play a hybrid leadership role across four key areas:

  • AI/GenAI Go-To-Market (GTM) Leader
  • Pre-Sales & Deal-Shaping Leader
  • Solution Architect & Capability Builder
  • Trusted Client Advisor & Thought Leader
Key Responsibilities Go-To-Market & Business Development
  • Define and execute the Generative AI GTM strategy aligned with business objectives.
  • Partner with sales teams to shape opportunities and develop AI-driven solutions for enterprise clients.
  • Drive pipeline growth through opportunity shaping, solutioning, proposal development, and pre-sales activities.
AI Solution Leadership
  • Lead the development and localization of Generative AI and Agentic AI offerings.
  • Act as the solution architect for AI engagements, ensuring scalable architecture, delivery excellence, and capability development.
  • Drive innovation across Generative AI, Agentic AI, and emerging AI technologies.
Client Advisory & Executive Engagement
  • Build trusted relationships with executive stakeholders and serve as a strategic advisor on AI transformation.
  • Guide clients on AI strategy, business value, industry trends, use cases, and ROI.
  • Lead executive discussions spanning business strategy, commercial models, and technical architecture.
Innovation & Partnerships
  • Build strategic partnerships with hyperscalers and AI ecosystem leaders, including Azure, AWS, GCP, OpenAI, Anthropic, Databricks, Snowflake, NVIDIA, and Mistral.
  • Drive Proof of Concepts (PoCs), co-innovation initiatives, joint pursuits, and thought leadership activities.
Required Skills & Experience
  • 15+ years of experience in management consulting or professional services with a strong focus on AI, Data, and Analytics.
  • Proven success in shaping, selling, and delivering AI and data transformation engagements.
  • Hands-on experience with Generative AI and/or Agentic AI solutions.
  • Strong experience in Go-To-Market strategy, pre-sales, solution architecture, and executive client advisory.
  • Strong network within the Canadian enterprise market with the ability to influence executive stakeholders.
  • Experience leading discussions on business strategy, commercial models, and technical architecture.
  • Strong leadership, stakeholder management, and collaboration skills in global, matrixed organizations.
  • Entrepreneurial mindset with a passion for innovation and delivering AI-driven business value.
