In-Store Credit Sales Advisor

Kognitive Sales Solutions is growing its in-store/GAS Station sales team and we are looking for driven personable individuals who thrive in a retail this role you will work inside a major Canadian retailer meeting customers where they shop and helping them discover a financial product from one of Canadas trusted brands. If you love sales enjoy face-to-face conversations and want a role where your results directly drive your income this is for you.

Your Responsibilities

• Proactively approach customers in-store and GAS Station walk them through the features and value of our clients credit card products
• Ask the right questions to understand each customers situation and make a relevant helpful recommendation
• Serve as the product authority inside the store knowledgeable approachable and credible
• Consistently meet and surpass personal sales targets while championing the client brand
• Create positive memorable interactions that leave customers feeling well-served
• Adapt your engagement style to connect with a wide variety of customers throughout the day
• Develop reliable productive partnerships with retail store staff
• Safeguard customer data and maintain strict confidentiality in every interaction
• Travel to and support multiple store locations across your assigned territory as needed

Compensation

• Base wage 17.60/hr plus uncapped commission
• Permanent full-time or part-time positions available
