The Opportunity:

As an Associate inthe Financial Services team withinOperations & Procurementand our Consulting practice you will experience and work with our practitioners acrossthe financial services industryto help our clients address their most complex business challenges. Our teams have what it takes to be our clients partner of choice to help them innovate to drive growth strategically reduce costs improve operational flexibility manage risk improve capital efficiency comply with complex regulatory requirements or realize deal value as they work to harness the opportunities. Your role will include butisntlimited to:

• You willoperatewithin a sector vertical or across many sectors including banking insurance asset and wealth management real estate privateequityand pension funds.

• You will also work as part of multidisciplinary teams composed of members outside the Operations practice and coming fromall ofour lines of services.

• You will help clients adopt modern ways ofworkingenabled by leading technologies automation and artificial intelligence.

• Completed anundergraduate degree in business commerce finance economics engineering or a relateduniversity degree program

• Experience in the financial sector is an asset but not

• Strong interest inFinancial Services (including banking and capital markets insurance pensions wealth management asset management private equity etc.) and

• Basic understanding of business management principles operationalefficienciesand risk management

• Experience with research and data gathering from a variety of sources

• Experience with the Microsoft 365 suite

• Openness to learning new skills and business tools

• Ability to collaborate effectively with others and build trustworthy relationships

• Ability to quickly prioritize and coordinate tasks while working in a fast-paced dynamic environment

• Exceptional written and verbal communication skills

• Attention to detail as well as excellent organizational and analytical skills

The salary range for this position is $58400 - $97500. The posted salary range represents the expected hiring range for PwC locations in major city centres. Given our national recruiting approach ranges may vary for positions in other locations. At PwC Canada base salary is determined by your skills experience qualifications and work addition to base salary eligible employees may have opportunities to participate in variable incentive pay programs which are designed to reward individual and firm-wide achievements.
