En tant que spécialiste en acquisition de talents chez Stay22 vous aurez loccasion davoir un impact concret sur notre croissance en attirant et en recrutant des talents exceptionnels. Vous serez responsable des initiatives de recrutement de bout en bout développerez des partenariats de confiance avec les leaders déquipe et apporterez structure perspective et élan à chaque processus de recrutement. Nous recherchons une personne capable de combiner une forte capacité dexécution avec un bon jugement à laise dans lambiguïté et motivée à influencer la façon dont nous recrutons à mesure que nous continuons à croître.

Ce que vous ferez

• Prendre en charge lensemble du cycle de recrutement pour des rôles techniques et non techniques de la prise de besoin et la recherche de candidats jusquà loffre la négociation et la clôture.

• Développer et exécuter des stratégies de sourcing créatives pour des postes difficiles à combler en identifiant et en engageant de manière proactive des talents de haut niveau sur plusieurs canaux.

• Collaborer étroitement avec les gestionnaires dembauche afin de définir les besoins aligner les profils recherchés influencer les décisions dembauche et optimiser les résultats grâce aux données et à votre expertise.

• Créer de la structure et maintenir lélan dans un environnement en évolution en gérant des priorités concurrentes et en faisant avancer les processus avec un haut niveau dautonomie et de responsabilité.

• Offrir une expérience de grande qualité aux candidats et aux équipes internes tout au long du processus en agissant comme représentant de confiance de la marque Stay22 à lexterne et comme partenaire dembauche à linterne.

• Utiliser les données de recrutement les insights du marché et les indicateurs de performance pour orienter les décisions et améliorer continuellement les processus.

• Soutenir les initiatives de marque employeur à travers le marketing de recrutement le développement de communautés de talents la création de contenu et la participation à des événements.

• Évaluer et adopter en continu de nouveaux outils technologies et meilleures pratiques afin daméliorer lefficacité du recrutement.

Ce que vous apportez

• 4 à 6 ans dexpérience en recrutement dont au moins 2 ans en acquisition de talents en interne.

• Excellentes compétences en gestion des parties prenantes et en influence avec la capacité de challenger conseiller et aligner les gestionnaires et leaders daffaires.

• Expérience dans la conception de stratégies de sourcing et la construction proactive de bassins de talents pour des rôles difficiles à combler.

• Solides compétences en entrevue et en évaluation de candidats avec un bon jugement et une approche consultative.

• À laise avec les données et les indicateurs de recrutement pour mesurer la performance et identifier des pistes damélioration.

• Bonne compréhension de lécosystème tech/startup et capacité à sadapter rapidement aux priorités changeantes.

• Maîtrise du français et de langlais.

• Bonne maîtrise des outils de recrutement modernes : ATS recherche booléenne LinkedIn Recruiter et outils de sourcing alimentés par lIA.

Position Overview

As a Talent Acquisition Specialist at Stay22 youll have the opportunity to make a tangible impact on our growth by attracting and hiring exceptional talent. Youll own recruitment initiatives end-to-end build trusted partnerships with hiring leaders and bring structure insight and momentum to every search. Were looking for someone who combines strong execution with sound judgment thrives in ambiguity and is excited to influence how we hire as we continue to scale.

What Youll Do

• Own the full recruitment lifecycle for technical and non technical roles from intake and sourcing through offer negotiations and close.

• Build and execute creative sourcing strategies for hard-to-fill positions proactively identifying and engaging top talent across multiple channels.

• Partner closely with hiring managers to define hiring needs align on candidate profiles influence hiring decisions and drive hiring outcomes through data and expertise.

• Create structure and momentum in an evolving environment by managing competing priorities and moving searches forward with high ownership and minimal direction.

• Deliver a high-quality candidate and hiring team experience throughout the process acting as a trusted representative of the Stay22 brand externally and trusted hiring partner and ally internally.

• Leverage recruiting data market insights and hiring metrics to inform decisions and continuously improve processes.

• Support employer branding initiatives through recruitment marketing talent community building content creation and participation in events.

• Continuously evaluate and adopt new tools technologies and best practices to improve recruiting effectiveness and efficiency.

What Youll Bring

• 4-6 years of recruitment experience including at least 2 years in an in-house Talent Acquisition role.

• Strong stakeholder management and influencing skills with the ability to challenge advise and build alignment with hiring managers and business leaders.

• Experience developing sourcing strategies and proactively building talent pipelines for difficult-to-fill roles.

• Strong interviewing and candidate assessment skills with sound judgment and a consultative approach.

• Comfort working with recruiting metrics and data to measure performance and identify opportunities for improvement.

• Knowledge of the tech/startup ecosystem and the ability to adapt quickly to changing business priorities.

• Fluency in both English and French.

• Proficiency with modern recruiting tools boolean searches ATS platforms LinkedIn Recruiter and AI-powered sourcing tools.
