An established transportation and logistics organization is seeking a Claims Manager (Freight Claims & OS&D) to oversee its freight claims function within a high-volume LTL environment.
This role is ideal for someone with experience in freight claims, Overages, Shortages & Damages (OS&D), or transportation operations who enjoys investigating freight issues, resolving complex claims, and working closely with terminals, operations teams, carriers, and customers.
This is an opportunity to take ownership of a critical function within a stable transportation organization while helping drive operational improvements and customer satisfaction across the network.
