At PwC our people in workforce consulting focus on providing consulting services related to human resources talent management and organisational development. They analyse client needs develop people and organisation strategies. These individuals offer guidance and support to help clients optimise their workforce enhance employee engagement and drive organisational effectiveness.

As a workforce consulting generalist at PwC you will provide clients with comprehensive support and drive end-to-end organisation and talent transformation initiatives to support the overall strategy of the organisation applying a breadth of understanding of organisational and workforce consulting solutions across topics such as workforce strategy talent development rewards organisational design to improve employee experience and organisational effectiveness.

As an Associate HR Workforce Transformation and Technology (Bilingual EN/FR)you will drive initiativesleveragedigital solutions and guide organizations in adopting forward-thinking HR practices.youllwork as part of a team of problem solvers helping to solve business issues deliver high quality client service and operational efficiency.

Responsibilities include but are not limited to:

70 to 80% of your time:deliverwith our talented PwC professionals on high-profile engagements across diverse and challenging opportunities in areas such as:

• People change and organization design and implementation
• HR Technology Assessment and Roadmap (SAP Oracle Workday Microsoft etc.)

20 to 30% of your time:Engagein growing our practice and our marketpresenceidentifyingand capitalizing ongrowthopportunities building proposals and attending client meetings.

• Idealcandidatewill have experience working in a Consulting setting. Will be able todeliver services in industries such as Energy Utilities Public Sector Healthcare Financial Services Retail Manufacturing and Telecom showingleadership and confidence. Technical understanding of the HR function and its various domains including Business HR HR Operations Talent Management Change Management and Organizational Design Talent Acquisition and Total Rewards.

• You are ambitious in building your technical depth and breadth.Exposure tocloud-based technology implementations including but not limited to Cloud based technology Workday SAP SuccessFactors Microsoft Viva either from an Org Design or Process Design perspective.

• You communicate (written and verbal) with impact buildcollaborative and harmoniousrelationships withyour colleagues while being rigorousabout client service.

• You engage productively in complex changing environments

• The successful candidate requires fluency in English in addition to French as they will be required to support or collaborate with English-speaking clients colleagues and/or stakeholders during the course of their employment with PwC Canada

The salary range for this position is$58400 - $97500Theposted salary rangerepresentsthe expected hiring range for PwC locations in major citycentres. Given our national recruiting approach ranges may vary for positions in other locations. At PwC Canada base salary isdeterminedby your skills experiencequalificationsand work addition to base salary eligible employees may have opportunities to participate in variable incentive pay programs which are designed to reward individual and firm-wide achievements.
