The Marriott Fallsview Hotel & Spa is seeking an experienced and results-oriented Manager of Facilities & Maintenance to oversee all aspects of hotel engineering maintenance operations and building systems. This leadership role is responsible for ensuring a safe well-maintained and exceptional environment for guests and associates while protecting the hotels physical assets and driving operational efficiency. What Youll Do Lead all engineering maintenance and facilities operations for a full-service hotel. Oversee the maintenance and repair of HVAC plumbing electrical mechanical life safety pool/spa refrigeration and other critical building systems. Develop and manage preventative maintenance programs to maximize equipment performance and asset longevity. Ensure guest rooms public areas and back-of-house spaces meet Marriott brand standards and operational expectations. Manage capital projects renovations vendor relationships and energy management initiatives. Ensure compliance with all health safety fire and regulatory requirements. Lead coach and develop the maintenance team through effective recruitment training scheduling and performance management. Manage departmental budgets expenses inventory and purchasing while maintaining operational excellence.
