As ECIs Outside Parts Sales you will not just be selling products you will be the go-to expert the trusted advisor and the engine behind our growing network of dealers and customers. Every day is different: one moment you are helping a client find exactly what they need the next you are building strategies to take an account to the next level. Compensation: $50000-$55000 base salary plus commission earning potential $100000

What You Will Be Doing:

• Build and maintain strong customer and dealer relationships
• Sell aftermarket products with confidence and expertise
• Generate new business and grow your account base
• Develop and execute account growth strategies
• Stay in regular contact with clients and follow up on orders
• Manage accounts and updates in the CRM system
• Coordinate with internal teams to ensure smooth sales and delivery
• Promote products features and current offers
• Track market trends and share competitive insights
• Complete required training and support annual inventory
• Follow all company safety and workplace policies

What You Bring:

• 5 years in previous sales/service role
• Excellent communication and a knack for closing deals
• Self-driven with a goal-oriented mindset
• Organized detail-focused and able to manage multiple priorities
• Comfortable using CRM systems
• Proactive adaptable and eager to learn
• A collaborative team player
