Salesforce CRM Developer

Summary

We are seeking a Salesforce Developer to design and deliver scalable CRM solutions on Salesforce Sales Cloud and Service Cloud. This role contributes to the development of high-quality solutions for defined problem areas working under general guidance while building strong technical expertise in enterprise CRM delivery.

What Youll Do

• Design develop and implement Salesforce solutions within Sales Cloud and Service Cloud for well-defined business requirements
• Translate functional requirements into technical designs with guidance from senior developers and architects
• Develop Apex classes Lightning Web Components (LWC) and integrations following established standards
• Configure Salesforce using declarative capabilities such as Flows validation rules and object configurations
• Participate in solution design discussions and contribute to technical documentation
• Support integration development with external systems using APIs
• Perform unit testing support system/integration testing and resolve defects
• Participate in code reviews to ensure adherence to development best practices
• Troubleshoot production issues and support ongoing maintenance activities
• Collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams including business analysts QA and product owners
• Follow enterprise governance security and release management processes

What You Bring

• Hands-on experience with Salesforce CRM specifically Sales Cloud and/or Service Cloud
• Working knowledge of Apex Lightning Web Components (LWC) SOQL and Salesforce configuration
• Understanding of Salesforce data model security model and standard platform capabilities
• Experience developing or supporting integrations using REST/SOAP APIs
• Familiarity with development lifecycle processes (Agile CI/CD version control tools such as Git)
• Ability to troubleshoot technical issues and implement effective solutions with guidance
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
• Effective communication and collaboration skills in a team environment
• Eagerness to learn and grow within the Salesforce platform and enterprise delivery model

Minimum Requirements

• Degree or equivalent experience
• Typically requires 4 years of relevant experience

Preferable Skills & Experience:

• Salesforce Platform Developer I certification
• Experience with Service Cloud capabilities (Case Management Omni-Channel Knowledge)
• Experience with Sales Cloud capabilities (Leads Opportunities pipeline management)
• Exposure to enterprise integration tools (e.g. MuleSoft or similar)
• Experience working in Agile/Scrum teams
• Familiarity with DevOps tools such as Gearset Azure DevOps or similar
• Exposure to CRM data migration or transformation initiatives
• Awareness of Salesforce AI capabilities (e.g. Einstein Agentforce etc.)
• Experience working in large enterprise or regulated environments

The pay range shown below is aligned with McKessons pay philosophy and pay will always be compliant with any applicable regulations.
