Job description
Lead Mastercard’s Canada Market Delivery team as a Vice President, driving product and service deployment for customer success. Optimize operational excellence while enhancing customer experiences in new program launches. As a Vice President at Mastercard, you will manage the Market Delivery team responsible for effective product delivery in Canada. This role involves establishing robust partnerships with internal teams and clients, developing annual business plans, and ensuring timely product introductions. Your insights will help drive operational improvements and maximize efficiency.
