The Local Business Advisor (LBA) is responsible for building and maintaining strong connections with a selection of our existing small business members acting as a liaison to understand their needs ensure member satisfaction and drive growth (loans deposits retention) with PenFinancial. This role will own communication with this group of members identify opportunities and work with internal experts to deliver solutions sometimes bridging gaps between business needs and service offerings as needed to allow the member to achieve their goals. This role will be responsible for planning organizing and controlling the development and maintenance of a profitable growing and diversified commercial portfolio of new and existing small business members.
The LBA will develop new business opportunities grow our lending and deposit portfolios and promote PenFinancial across the Niagara and Haldimand Regions which we serve.

Target Salary: $65060
Salary Range: $61233 - $76541
Salary will be determined based on skills experience education and other qualifications relevant to this position.
