Wildstone Construction is expanding into prefab manufacturing through a new joint venture and were looking for a driven leader to help scale and shape the future of our operations in Whitehorse YT.
As our Prefab Manufacturing Manager youll oversee the full operation of our wall panel manufacturing facility connecting sales design production and delivery to keep projects moving efficiently from concept to site installation. This role is ideal for someone who enjoys creating structure improving workflows leading teams and finding practical solutions in a fast-paced environment.
Youll play a key role in shaping how the shop operates day to day while helping drive quality efficiency and long-term growth within the business.

This is an opportunity to help grow an innovative prefab manufacturing operation in Whitehorse while working alongside a collaborative and entrepreneurial team. Youll have the ability to make a direct impact on the operation contribute ideas and help shape the direction of the future of prefab construction withinPre-Fab Yukon. This is a full-time opportunity based in Whitehorse Yukon. For candidates located outside the area a fly-in/fly-out rotational schedule may also be considered.
