Job description
Lead large-scale operations with Desjardins Group as the Director of Operations. Drive business results by managing sales activities and developing strategic initiatives to satisfy members and clients. In this key leadership role, you will leverage extensive knowledge in the sector to administrate the service offerings for your unit. This includes developing the department's business plan, enhancing performance management, and fostering a culture of talent development and diversity. Your strategic mindset will be essential to support the vice-president and focus on organizational values. Key Responsibilities: • Define strategic priorities alongside the vice-president • Deliver and implement the administrative department’s business plan • Oversee activities to maximize targeted business results • Manage individual and team performance consistently • Promote Desjardins Group’s cooperative values effectively Requirements: • Bachelor’s degree in a relevant field • Minimum of 10 years of industry experience • Proficient in French language • Other relevant qualifications considered • Strong business insight and innovative mindset Drive results and improve operations in the Director role at Desjardins Group. #J-18808-Ljbffr
