What you will be doing:

Reporting to the Outlet Manager responsibilities and essential job functions include but are not limited to the following:

• Providing friendly efficient Food & Beverage service in accordance with the standards set out by Fairmont Hotels & Resorts and The Fairmont Jasper Park Lodge while making guests feel comfortable in their room
• Ensuring timeliness of In Room Dining deliveries tray pick-ups and ice calls
• Reporting any irregularities or comments from guests
• Ensuring that a clean tidy and safe environment is maintained at all times including maintenance and upkeep of vehicles
• Serving guest room functions as required
• Delivering VIP amenities and other related duties

Qualifications :

Your experience and skills include:

• Food & Beverage serving experience an asset
• Micros POS experience an asset
• Proserve qualification required
• Must be able to work well under pressure in a fast-paced environment
• Must be able to work well with minimal supervision
• Must be responsible reliable and have excellent attention to detail
• Must have strong English communication and organizational skills
