What to Expect:

In this role you will be responsible for delivering and coordinating learning and training programmes within the factory gathering data and maintaining robust training systems.

A day in the life:

  • Coordinate deliver and evaluate training and development activities to support factory operations and continuous improvement.
  • Manage training needs analysis local training plans and maintain the training database.
  • Develop training materials facilitate sessions and provide coaching on training-related matters.
  • Support HR projects participate in performance management initiatives and provide backup for site payroll as needed.
  • Support site safety initiatives and other duties / projects as assigned.

Role Requirements

  • Degree or diploma in HR or relevant certifications such as Certified Training and Development Professional (CTDP) or other recognized credentials.
  • Experience coordinating learning and training events with knowledge of instructional design and blended learning best practices.
  • Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Excel; proficient in Outlook Word and PowerPoint.
  • Strong analytical problem-solving decision-making and conflict resolution skills.
  • Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment with attention to detail and flexibility.
  • Excellent communication presentation writing and interpersonal skills.
  • Demonstrated facilitation project management and teamwork abilities.

Preferred Skills

  • Experience within a manufacturing setting
  • Experience with Total Performance Management/ LEAN
  • Experience with Kronos
