As a Finance Intern you will partner directly with our commercial organization to leverage financial expertise and drive strategies that deliver tangible value for Canadian patients and the broader healthcare ecosystem

The Opportunity:
Collaborate closely with commercial teams to gather data and compile evidence-based recommendations for business planning forecasting and scenario-planning
Support the tracking of portfolio prioritization and resource allocation building transparency around internal investments and evaluating the financial implications and ROI of business activities
Ensure the accuracy of financial statements by assisting with core financial processes including standard accounting principles account reconciliations and month-end reporting
Leverage analytics to merge financial supply chain and patient program data into actionable insights translating complex financial data into high-impact presentations for stakeholders
Identify and implement innovative opportunities for automation and Artificial Intelligence (AI) to increase efficiency and support digital transformations in forecasting and process digitalization
Who You Are:
You are currently pursuing Masters degree (such as an MBA or Masters in Finance) in Business Finance or a related field and possess strong foundational accounting knowledge
You possess sharp strategic and analytical thinking skills strong financial acumen and the ability to quickly grasp complex concepts to provide future-focused clarity beyond historical numbers
You have an entrepreneurial can-do mindset and thrive in a fast-changing environment taking accountability and demonstrating a passion for continuous learning and self-improvement
You are an impactful communicator with strong storytelling skills in English capable of translating complex data into clear visual and oral narratives for diverse stakeholders
You bring tech-savviness with proficiency in Microsoft Office and Google Suite alongside a comfort in exploring AI tools and harbor an ambition for a global career in Finance
Additional Information:
Duration & Schedule: 6 or 8 month work term full-time work term beginning in September 2026.
Location: Based in Mississauga Ontario. Our team follows a hybrid work structure requiring the majority of time in the office.
Full time (35 hours per week).
This position is not eligible for relocation support.
The expected salary range for this position based on the primary location of Mississauga isandof hiring range. Actual pay will be determined based on experience qualifications and other job-related factors as determined by the company.We use artificial intelligence to screen assess or select applicants for this role.
