Job description
Take charge as the Senior Director of Road Maintenance Operations with the Société de développement de la Baie-James. This role involves strategic oversight and operational leadership for infrastructure projects. You will lead a team in maintaining and rehabilitating essential roads, ensuring compliance with safety protocols. With ten years of relevant experience and two years in a leadership position, you will have the opportunity to impact the Baie-James region positively. Proficiency in essential software is required for effective management. Key Responsibilities: • Strategically manage department operations and finances • Lead road maintenance and rehabilitation projects • Supervise human resources and administrative tasks • Ensure adherence to safety and risk management protocols • Cultivate partnerships with local authorities and stakeholders Requirements: • University degree in a relevant field; graduate studies beneficial • Expertise in Word, Excel, Outlook, and PowerPoint • At least ten years of experience, including leadership roles • Two years in a supervisory function required • Knowledge of the Baie-James region is a plus Drive operational excellence and safety standards in road maintenance while contributing to Baie-James' development. #J-18808-Ljbffr
