Job description
Become a leader in data architecture at 1908 Colonel Sam Drive, Oshawa as a Staff Data Engineer/Data Architect in a hybrid work model. Shape customer-centered solutions through robust data pipelines. In this senior role, you'll guide the design and implementation of scalable data infrastructure while collaborating within a dynamic agile team. Your focus will be on delivering high-performance data solutions and ensuring data security and accessibility. You'll advocate for best practices with an emphasis on innovation. Key Responsibilities: • Lead the creation of scalable and modular data pipelines • Define standards for effective data architecture and models • Work closely with cyber teams for data security assurances • Facilitate the introduction of new technologies through POCs • Document architecture and solutions comprehensively Requirements: • 6-8 years in data architecture and modeling • Experience with Azure Data Stack and big data tools • Strong knowledge in low-latency and event-driven data processing • Proven ability in designing common data models • Degree in computer science or related discipline Drive strategic data initiatives while enhancing your career in a supportive team environment. #J-18808-Ljbffr
