At North Battleford Chrysler Dodge were looking for a Service Advisor to join our high-volume team backed by the energy and support of FFUN Motor Group. With our Guest-First approach and strong team culture youll play a key role in building trust communicating clearly and delivering an exceptional experience every time.

In this role youre the key connection between our guests and the technical staff. Youll build trust communicate clearly and ensure every guest feels confident and well taken care of.

What youll be doing:

• WelcomingGuestsand performing thorough vehicle walkarounds check in photos all while building repour.
• Scheduling service maintenance and recall appointments efficiently
• Ensuring your repair orders follow exactly the manufacturers expectations and strict warranty compliance guidelines
• Communicating technical service needs in aGuest come firstway -Documenting your communications every step of the way
• Advising on required/recommended services with confidence and clarity -
• UpdatingYour Gueststhroughout theService Journeyand managing expectations
• Reviewing work orders explaining results and ensuringGuestsatisfaction throughout theService Journey.

What were looking for:

• Experience in automotive service advising is a plus but not required
• A proven background in fast-paced customer service/Guest Experience or sales
• Tech-savvy mindsetCRM DMS tablets and digital tools are your jam
• Sharp organizational skills with attention to detail under pressure
• Positive energy and a drive to exceed Guest expectations
• Valid Saskatchewan Class 5 Drivers License
• Experience on with PBS is a plus
