Job description
Join the ranks as an HR Consultant specializing in talent management and organizational consultation. This independent contractor role emphasizes strategic workforce solutions.

We are looking for an HR Consultant to facilitate leadership collaboration and implement HR initiatives. Your responsibilities will encompass strategic planning, employee engagement, and cultural alignment. This role will enable you to leverage HR practices to enhance organizational effectiveness while supporting leadership in decision-making.

Key Responsibilities: • Deliver strategic HR advice to senior leadership teams • Manage the entire talent acquisition and development process • Oversee HR programs targeting employee satisfaction • Enhance competitive compensation and benefits structures • Guide compliance and risk management effectively

Requirements: • 5-8 years of progressive HR management experience • University degree along with CPHR designation or equivalent • Strong client service ethos with excellent organizational skills • Familiarity with HRIS systems and MS Office suite • Ability to manage confidential data securely
