Job description
Drive procurement initiatives at CIBC as a Senior Consultant, focusing on software, SaaS, and IT services. This hybrid role involves managing contracts, vendor negotiations, and enhancing client relations.

As a Senior Consultant, you will steer end-to-end procurement processes to cut costs and minimize risks. With over 3 years of experience in sourcing and supplier management, you’ll engage with internal clients and develop strategic solutions to meet business objectives. Your role is crucial in ensuring contract compliance and fostering relationships with stakeholders across various levels.

Key Responsibilities: • Manage procurement research and vendor selection • Lead contract negotiations and finalization • Develop detailed contract content with subject matter expertise • Align procurement solutions with business goals • Maintain healthy working relationships with suppliers and clients

Requirements: • 3+ years in procurement processes and tools • Strong verbal and written communication skills • Experience with SaaS or Cloud-related contracts • Ability to multitask and prioritize effectively • Strong self-planning and problem-solving capabilities
