Job description
Lead groundbreaking strategies with Jubilant Radiopharmaceuticals as the Director of Product Management in Rare Disease. Help revolutionize treatment access for neuroblastoma in a flexible remote/hybrid role. In this role, you will drive the end-to-end strategy for a high-impact oncology radiopharmaceutical. Ideal candidates will possess deep knowledge of patient journeys, treatment barriers, and reimbursement strategies. Partner closely with internal teams and external leaders to shape accessible treatment pathways and enhance patient outcomes. Key Responsibilities: • Develop comprehensive market strategy for oncology therapies • Map patient journeys to identify and mitigate access challenges • Create payer strategies and value communication plans • Launch patient support tailored to caregiver needs • Work cross-functionally to drive market access and awareness Requirements: • 7-12 years of marketing experience in pharma or biotech • Expertise in oncology commercialization or rare diseases • Experience with orphan drug launch strategies • Proficiency in treatment access and reimbursement • Ability to thrive in ambiguous environments Transform patient experiences and access to treatment with your expertise at Jubilant. #J-18808-Ljbffr
