Job description
Shape retail success as the Assistant Store Manager, partnering with the Store Manager to drive operations and customer satisfaction. Your leadership will facilitate team development and store goals. In this managerial role, you’ll support daily operations and engage with staff management. Focused on merchandising, you will also ensure exceptional customer service and effectively resolve issues. Your leadership skills will be vital in training and evaluating employees. Key Responsibilities: • Oversee daily operations in partnership with Store Manager • Assist with merchandising and stock inventory • Provide strong customer service, addressing concerns promptly • Train and develop the team for improved performance • Manage cash handling and perform opening/closing procedures Requirements: • Two years of retail management experience required • At least two years in a supervisory role needed • Open to working flexible days and evenings • Strong leadership and multitasking abilities required • Effective communication and decision-making skills essential Lead your team to success and enhance the shopping experience as an Assistant Store Manager. #J-18808-Ljbffr
