Job description
Lead customer engagement strategies as a Manager at Enercare in Markham. Drive communication efforts that ignite loyalty and enhance customer insights across various services.

In this permanent, full-time role, you will integrate lifecycle marketing strategies while collaborating with departments such as Analytics, Legal, and Sales. This is your chance to optimize customer interactions by executing targeted campaigns and using data-driven insights. As a key contributor, your management skills will shape effective customer engagement practices.

Key Responsibilities: • Coordinate multi-channel communications with various teams • Implement engagement and lifecycle campaigns based on strategy • Monitor and improve ongoing campaign performance • Conduct thorough analyses to inform marketing practices • Maintain strong ties with external vendors for campaign success

Requirements: • 5 years of experience in marketing communications • Deep understanding of customer lifecycle marketing • Data-driven mindset with a focus on performance improvement • Excellent communication and organizational skills • Familiarity with Salesforce Marketing Cloud is beneficial
