Job description
Step into a pivotal role as the Product Director for Demand Optimization at Kinaxis, specializing in next-generation inventory and supply chain strategies. This hybrid position combines leadership and innovation. As a product leader, you will own the vision for demand planning capabilities, enhancing product offerings to tackle market complexities. With a rich background in product management within SaaS and profound expertise in supply chain planning, you will engage with stakeholders to prioritize impactful capabilities and drive product success. Key Responsibilities: • Own product roadmap for demand and inventory optimization • Lead strategic initiatives on statistical forecasting • Foster customer relationships to illuminate planning challenges • Collaborate across teams for successful product launch • Define and analyze KPIs for product effectiveness Requirements: • Bachelor's degree in Supply Chain or related • Over 10 years of experience in Product Management • Experience leading Product Manager teams • Deep knowledge of inventory optimization methods • Strong business insight and decision-making skills Drive innovation in supply chain orchestration as a leader at Kinaxis. #J-18808-Ljbffr
