Job description
Join Canadian Tire as a Warehouse Team Leader and manage a motivated warehouse team. This role focuses on logistics, merchandise management, and delivering excellent customer experiences. As Warehouse Manager, you will lead efforts in organizing and supervising warehouse activities while ensuring merchandise moves smoothly from the truck to the retail floor. You will train and support team members while maintaining safety compliance and fostering a welcoming workplace. Strong leadership and effective team management are key to success. Key Responsibilities: • Ensure quality and organization within the warehouse • Direct the safe delivery and storage of merchandise • Keep accurate records of all transactions • Motivate and train warehouse staff effectively • Prepare efficient work schedules Requirements: • Supervisory experience required • Proven background in logistics preferred • Trained in Dangerous Goods management beneficial • Strong planning and communication skills • Ability to handle physical tasks Play an essential role in Canadian Tire’s warehouse operations with leadership, logistics, and customer service expertise. #J-18808-Ljbffr
