Job description
Become the Front Store Manager at Rx Drug Mart in Deep River, Ontario, where your leadership will enhance the customer experience. This role focuses on staffing, inventory control, and strategic store management. In this pivotal full-time position, you will manage front store operations and lead a dedicated team aligned with Neighbourly Pharmacy's values. Your responsibilities will include overseeing cash handling, resolving customer complaints, and ensuring compliance with policies. Work closely with HR to train and motivate staff for excellence in service delivery. Key Responsibilities: • Oversee store opening, closing, and daily end procedures • Support employee relations and disciplinary actions • Analyze market trends for effective promotions • Manage inventory budgets and supplier negotiations • Control shrinkage and ensure pricing accuracy Requirements: • Minimum 3 years of experience in retail management • Proven skills in leadership and interpersonal communication • Strong organizational and customer service focus • Valid driver’s license required • Clearance via a Criminal Record Check is mandatory Leverage your retail expertise at Rx Drug Mart while enhancing pharmacy services in Deep River. #J-18808-Ljbffr
