Role overview:

The ProductManager, Regulatorywithin CH Digital &Techis accountable for designing and delivering the roadmap for a large scale &/or complex product set that will improve the user experience within their domain. Each ProductManagerwill work collaboratively with senior leaders to agree on priorities for their product set and deliver against those priorities.

The Tech Regulatory ProductManagerwill have ownership and responsibility for the products within their domainie: Veeva, DXC/TRS Suite, Rosetta Phoenix, FDA/EMA AS2 gateways (various), A4L SPL Authoringtool.Also partner with the Central data organization and internal technical teams to deliver AI/ML and GenAI capabilities such as Dossier automation

You arerecognizedas the go to leader and trusted advisor – removing blockers, working collaboratively and adaptively to constantly meet the needs of their customers and deliver value toHaleon.

Key Responsibilities:

• Technology Strategy & Enablement: Leverages domain knowledge, including business processes, industry best practices, and in-market solutions, and utilizes insights from emerging industry trends to drive and support forward-looking product strategy.

• Demand management:Collaborate and influence senior business leaders to handle andprioritisethe product backlog with a focus on the highest business value. Accountable for product costforecast.

• Governance:Establishand lead relevant governance bodies (steering committees), provideoversightandestablishbusiness value, lead overall delivery, serviceperformanceand business risk

• Product/Project Delivery:Lead the team(s) that will design and deliver theoptimalset of products and services whichmeetsthe business strategy and requirements. Accountable for creation and execution of the product roadmap.

• Quality, Risk & Compliance:Ensuring all products supporting the business are aligned with internal security, risk management policies and practices, continuity plans, external regulatory and statutory requirementse.g.GxP.

• Feature Definition:Ability to translate customer requests, competitive activities, and industry trends into value drivers ofnew technologysolutions and product requirements that can be easily understood.

• Service Management:Accountable for ensuring the right services levels are in place and ensure alignmenttothose SLAs.Directly manage any Level 3 Support issues and escalations. Ownership for Life Cycle management of the product.

• Collaboration & Influence: Collaborates with and influences the broader team to deliver business value to tight timelines, in line with the release management calendar where applicable.

• Adoption strategy & change management: in the role of change agent, support both the product teams and the business in agile approaches to solution development and adoption, building excitement, momentum, visible successstoriesand clear value-based versions of vision as roadmap plans come to life.

Your profile:

• +7years ofrelevant experience(e.g.R&D or Regulatory)and / or exposure to product management in a global IT organization

• Track recordin successful IT strategy development, solution design,programmeand project delivery and service management, across multiple business lines

• Track recordin delivering business impact through process and IT enabled solutions, across multiple business lines

• Experience withAgilemethodologyandvendor management

• Knowledge of specific domain – Regulatory – experience with at least one of the following tools/solutions, with Veeva preferred: DXC/TRS Suite, Rosetta Phoenix, FDA/EMA AS2 gateways, A4L SPL Authoring tool, etc

• Facilitation, communication, and interpersonal skills, ability to influence seniorleadership anddecision-makingusing data, market evidence

• Remuneration: 25 050 to 34450 PLN gross/month, depending on the level of experience and competence
