Job description
Take charge of clinical document strategy at GSK as the Director of Clinical Writing. Apply your leadership skills to streamline regulatory submissions and enhance document quality. As a Medical Writing Asset Lead Director, you will utilize your PhD, PharmD, or similar qualifications to design impactful clinical documents pivotal for regulatory approval. Your role involves balancing scientific integrity with effective execution while driving process improvement initiatives across the organization. Collaborate with diverse teams to improve timelines and support successful submission planning. Key Responsibilities: • Oversee clinical writing strategy throughout drug development lifecycle • Direct the planning and production of pivotal clinical documents • Innovate methods to accelerate submission timelines • Author and organize complex clinical submission documents • Develop training materials and mentor writing teams Requirements: • Postgraduate degree in relevant life sciences field • Proven experience in clinical regulatory writing • Effective leadership and cross-functional collaboration • In-depth knowledge of drug development guidelines • Strong problem-solving and influencing skills Elevate GSK’s clinical writing capabilities and drive impactful contributions to patient health outcomes through your leadership. #J-18808-Ljbffr
