Job description
Elevate event experiences as the Banquet Operations Director at Marriott Château Champlain in Montreal. Lead a top-tier team to execute flawless events in a stylish hotel environment. As a Director in Banquet Operations, you will report to the Director of Food & Beverage and oversee all banquet-related operations. This unique leadership role requires strategic vision and hands-on management, ensuring guest satisfaction while collaborating with Sales and Food & Beverage teams. Your focus on team empowerment will foster a culture of excellence in service delivery. Key Responsibilities: • Oversee banquet operations across 35,000 square feet of event space • Collaborate on event planning with Sales and Food & Beverage • Ensure compliance with Marriott brand standards • Manage and develop a multi-disciplinary team • Implement new service standards and enhance beverage offerings Requirements: • Minimum 5 years in banquet or food & beverage management • Strong leadership and project management skills • Ability to work effectively under pressure • Familiarity with hotel management systems • Bilingual in French and English Bring your expertise in event management and a passion for guest experiences to the Marriott Château Champlain. #J-18808-Ljbffr
