Job description
Join Irving Oil as the Procurement Excellence Manager, focusing on strategic oversight and innovative analytics. Your leadership will drive improvements in procurement processes while managing risks effectively.This managerial position in Saint John involves collaborating with the leadership team to shape procurement strategies and enhance accountability. You will leverage your experience in risk management, procurement analytics, and initiative management to strengthen Category Management and deliver high-quality insights.Key Responsibilities: • Develop and oversee Supply Management strategic initiatives • Create a comprehensive claims management framework • Lead a team for impactful business analytics • Conduct vendor audits and ensure compliance • Produce performance reports for stakeholder visibilityRequirements: • 10+ years of contracting or procurement experience • 5-10 years in people management roles • Proven leadership and problem-solving skills • Strong analytical ability and judgment • Proficiency in MS Excel, Power BI, and SQLLead transformative procurement initiatives at Irving Oil and excel in a dynamic role. #J-18808-Ljbffr
