Job description
Elevate your career as an Associate Director in Supply Chain at Turner & Townsend, focusing on transformational initiatives and strategic delivery. Shape procurement processes and engage with clients in a hybrid working environment.

This role demands 10-15 years of expertise in procurement, contracts, or supply chain management, primarily within large capital projects in energy and natural resources. You will lead market intelligence analysis and contractual frameworks while influencing strategic initiatives and business development. Your responsibilities will also include managing a team and contributing to the development of capabilities related to technology and procurement.

Key Responsibilities: • Implement transformation initiatives across supply chain management • Develop procurement documentation and engage in RFP management • Oversee supplier relationship and performance management • Contribute to business development and team management efforts • Engage in thought leadership within procurement and contracts

Requirements: • 10-15 years of procurement experience in capital projects • Strong client engagement skills with C-suite presentations • Proven ability to develop contract frameworks for project delivery • Knowledge of supply chain and contract management techniques • Ability to work autonomously with people management experience
