Job description
Manage sourcing strategies as a Sourcing Category Manager. Focus on resin procurement and drive innovative material solutions while ensuring sustainability throughout the process.This strategic role involves overseeing procurement activities for resin-related materials, ensuring optimal cost and quality. You will collaborate with teams across R&D, Operations, and Sustainability to identify alternative materials and drive continuous improvement in sourcing practices. Your in-depth knowledge of polymer markets will aid in executing strategies that align with sustainability goals.Key Responsibilities: • Oversee procurement for resin materials, ensuring quality and cost-efficiency • Develop and sustain supplier relationships for competitive procurement • Keep abreast of market dynamics affecting supply and pricing • Collaborate intensively with stakeholders to innovate materials • Implement category strategies to mitigate sourcing risksRequirements: • Bachelor’s degree in Supply Chain Management or equivalent • 5–7 years of strategic sourcing or procurement experience • Experience sourcing polymers or resins is a strong asset • Negotiation skills and supplier management experience required • Cross-functional teamwork experienceApply your procurement skills to enhance sustainability and innovation for resin sourcing initiatives. #J-18808-Ljbffr
