Job description
Embrace your passion for process improvement as the Continuous Improvement Lead at Winpak in Winnipeg, Manitoba. Drive Lean Manufacturing initiatives and optimize processes for operational excellence at our facility. As a key member of the Operational Excellence Department, you will lead the implementation and sustainment of Lean principles. This role requires strong leadership in facilitating continuous improvement projects, coaching teams, and analyzing processes to identify operational enhancements. Collaborate closely with cross-functional teams to promote a culture of excellence. Key Responsibilities: • Lead Lean Manufacturing initiatives, including Kaizen events and VSM • Manage cross-functional improvement projects from planning through execution • Analyze production processes to identify waste and bottlenecks • Develop training materials and continuous improvement documentation • Support the Manager of Operational Excellence with strategies and tools Requirements: • 3+ years of experience in Lean or continuous improvement • Proven history of leading Kaizen and VSM with measurable results • Strong communication skills for effective team collaboration • Experience in manufacturing data analysis and performance metrics • Proficient in Microsoft Office, especially Excel and PowerPoint Make a significant impact on operational efficiency and workplace organization at Winpak in Winnipeg. #J-18808-Ljbffr
