Who is a Performance Coach?
Performance programming is one of the main pillars of GoodLife’s amenities and is a key driver for Member acquisition and retention through an elevated offering. The Performance Coach is responsible for providing a high quality, engaging and motivating experience, that includes safe, inclusive and enjoyable instruction and leadership for participants in all Performance classes and Performance retention strategies.

Compensation:
It is expected that the selected candidate will start at a base wage of $30.00. The expected range of total compensation is $30.00 - $43 per one hour class (prorated for shorter or longer classes), determined by performance and time in the position.This job posting is for an existing vacancy.
