The Canada Benefits Team owns the strategy, compliance, and operational delivery of health, welfare, and retirement plans for Koch’s Canada-based businesses. We collaborate with HR Business Partners and other internal partners to ensure employees receive timely, accurate benefits support and a positive end-to-end experience. Our team is highly collaborative and customer focused.
What You Will Do
Who You Are (Basic Qualifications)
For this role, we anticipate paying $105,000-$125,000 per year. This role is eligible for variable pay, issued as a monetary bonus or in another form.
