About the Opportunity We are seeking a POS QA Analyst to support a large-scale retail transformation within a fast-moving, enterprise environment. This role is ideal for someone who understands how complex retail systems connect across stores, warehouses, inventory, pricing, promotions, and customer transactions.
You’ll work closely with business, technology, vendor, and functional teams to help ensure critical systems are tested thoroughly before release. Your work will directly support operational readiness, issue resolution, and a smooth deployment experience for teams and end users.

You’ll gain exposure to integrated retail platforms, release cycles, cutover activities, and end‑to‑end business process validation in a complex enterprise setting.
Responsibilities
Develop, review, and execute test cases, test scripts, and test scenarios across integrated retail systems
Support functional testing, SIT, E2E, regression testing, and UAT aligned to project timelines
Log, track, prioritize, retest, and document defects using Jira or similar defect management tools
Work with business analysts, developers, vendors, and functional teams to support defect resolution and root cause analysis
Validate workflows across POS, store operations, inventory, order management, warehouse operations, pricing, promotions, replenishment, and fulfillment
Participate in test readiness, daily status meetings, release validation, and post‑deployment verification
Support extended hours and weekend work during deployment events and cutover execution as required
Skills and Qualifications
5+ years of software testing experience in enterprise environments, including 3+ years in retail
Bachelor’s degree or higher in computer science, business, engineering, or a related discipline
Hands‑on experience with one or more of SAP, SAP S/4HANA, SAP BTP, Manhattan Active Warehouse Management, Blue Yonder, or GK POS
Strong experience with test execution, defect management, Jira, end‑to‑end testing, integration testing, UAT, SIT, regression testing, and release validation
Experience testing POS with store operations, retail business cycles, and integrated enterprise applications
Strong analytical, troubleshooting, documentation, and stakeholder coordination skills
Nice to have experience with test automation, ServiceNow, test management tools, release management, middleware, supply chain, merchandising, marketing, or omnichannel systems
